Mott MacDonald expands US board representation

2 hours Mott MacDonald has appointed Dean Radeloff and Aimee Barwick to its executive board, increasing the representation of its North American business in its governance.

Radeloff and Barwick

Radeloff is president and CEO for North America, and Barwick is division general manager for the northeast United States.

Radeloff joined Mott MacDonald in 2022 and has been president and CEO for North America since last year. He has been instrumental in expanding Mott MacDonald’s business across the United States and Canada. His extensive experience spans engineering, design and construction across a range of markets including heavy civil infrastructure.

Barwick joined Mott MacDonald in 2017 and has, Mott MacDonald says, demonstrated exceptional leadership in delivering significant large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects in New Zealand and North America. As a division general manager, Aimee led the team across the northeast of the United States and has been a key contributor to growth, integration and client relationships in North America.

James Harris, chair and chief executive of Mott MacDonald, said: “By welcoming Dean and Aimee to our executive board, we position ourselves to better support our people, clients and the continued success of Mott MacDonald. As we continue strengthening our presence in North America, Dean’s broad expertise and commercial insight in this region will make a crucial addition to the board. Aimee’s strong strategic mindset, her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence will further enhance our leadership.”
