The partnership, which commences in December 2010 is worth 拢1.6 million per annum and is for the provision of a range of repairs and maintenance services, including day to day responsive repairs, out of hours repairs and void maintenance services to council鈥檚 4,600 properties across Dover, Deal and Sandwich.聽聽

Morrison will introduce a number of service improvements when it commences work in December, including new handheld technology and appointment scheduling systems, which will help to create a more efficient and effective service for residents. 聽
