Bechtel will develop a master plan for the Sainshand Industrial Complex, which will incorporate infrastructure and industrial projects including a power plant, oil refinery, and mineral processing facilities. In addition, Bechtel will carry out economic analysis for each of the industrial and infrastructure projects and review debt financing options.
