The demonstration day brought together fleet leads, front line teams, and union representatives from SGN, to view the new diesel and electric service vans.
The event, organised with the support of Ford and Mattei, allowed the teams to familiarise themselves with the new vans, and compare them with the existing fleet. Four vans were on show: a Ford Transit 350 RWD L2 H3 in repair specification; two Ford E-Courier Trend 100kW models, with one in 'Safe & Warm' configuration, and other a standard build; and a Renault E-Master L2 H3 Modul-System demonstrator.
Modul-System鈥檚 wider technical team also demonstrated Modul Connect, the company鈥檚 connected vehicle platform, covering asset visibility, safety compliance and in-field efficiency. For a fleet running diesel and electric in parallel through the transition, that visibility matters: knowing where vans are, how they are being driven, and how each format is performing across the mix.
