Its client is developer York Investors, a joint venture of Buccleuch Property and York-based S Harrison Developments.
Miller鈥檚 contract is scheduled to run for 19 months, with completion before the end of 2012.

The council wants to rationalise the number of its office locations down from 16 to four, and provide a purpose-built York Customer Centre where customers can access council services quickly, simply and easily in one city centre location.
