Ludgate Hill is part of the McInerney Group and took over the projects of sister company McInerney Homes, .
The management contract was awarded by Ludgate following a competitive process. The contract consists of 10 sites,聽mainly in the northeast and northwest聽England.聽The sites will be re-branded and integrated聽with the Miller Homes business.聽聽 A number of employees from Ludgate will also be transferring to Miller Homes.聽聽聽
Miller Group chief executive Keith Miller said: "We are delighted to have been awarded the management contract for Ludgate Hill Developments following the competitive bidding process.聽 We are building up a significant capability in integrating and managing residential assets for our banking partners and see this as an important future revenue and profit stream for Miller Homes."聽
The 10 sites transferred to Ludgate Hill Developments and which are now contracted to Miller are:
- Beaumont Court, Morpeth
- Beaumont Grange, Warrington
- Bishops Park, Gateshead
- Bispham Hall, Billinge, Lanacashire
- Catreffle, Wrexham
- Grace, Bradford
- Maddocks Grange, Telford
- Whitton View, Rothbury
- Wydale, Walker
- Zest, Newton Heath, Manchester
