Client is the superyacht builder Pendennis.
The height of the dry dock is to be increased to make space for larger vessels. Two seaward facing halls are also being added, along with improved onshore facilities.
The project is designed by Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole Architects and engineer Hyder Consulting. Quantity surveyor on the project is Ward Williams Associates.
Midas starts work next week.
