Ashtrom Properties (APUK) has appointed McLaren 萝莉原创 as construction manager for the refurbishment of Colmore Gate tower as a Grade A office building in Birmingham鈥檚 business district.
Built in the 1990s, the original Colmore Gate tower is on a prime, central site between Colmore Row and the Snow Hill Business District in Birmingham, opposite Snow Hill Station and just a six-minute walk from the new HS2 station to be delivered at Birmingham Curzon Street, spanning 290,000 sq ft of office space.
