LHC describes itself as the UK鈥檚 largest public sector consortium for the procurement of building components, services and contractors.
The framework is for whole house refurbishment projects throughout the UK, including energy saving measures. Contracts have been divided into five regions as well as into general refurbishment work and energy saving measures.
