The 135,000 sq ft office scheme has been designed by Stiff + Trevillion, and aims to offer a high-quality office destination for the Mayfair market.
The project has been designed to meet ambitious sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold certifications. The all-electric building will be delivered with a zero embodied carbon approach, using lightweight steel and introducing four new cross-laminated timber floors to support exemplary standards of sustainable construction.
The works will also include the delivery of new facades, comprising stone cladding, aluminium-framed windows and curtain walling to enhance the building鈥檚 appearance and performance.
Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2026, with completion expected in mid-2028.
