Erected on the former Vestas factory site, the two-storey, steel framed, open plan office building will be home to Griffon Hoverwork, pioneers in hovercraft design, manufacture and operation. The purpose-built offices will allow the company to take advantage of the nearby wharf and water access in an area that thrives on the shipbuilding industry.
The first-class facility, which received a BREEAM Very Good rating, joins Leadbitter鈥檚 impressive portfolio of commercial property projects in southern England.
It also adds to the growing range of successful projects completed by Leadbitter鈥檚 Southern 萝莉原创 and Housing division, which recently relocated to new offices in Southampton in order to accommodate its expansion in the region.
