Lambkin joins from Bowmer & Kirkland, where he spent 13 years, leaving as senior contracts manager. He joined the industry through a City & Guilds apprenticeship in Sheffield.
In his new role, Lambkin will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion with a remit spanning the full construction and development lifecycle. This includes working collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure successful and high-quality delivery.
Lambkin's experience includes a series of flagship high rise residential projects, including Capital&Centric鈥檚 拢60m Goods Yard BTR scheme in Stoke-on-Trent and the IQ Echo Street, a 拢130m high rise student accommodation development in Manchester.
A registered member of CIOB, Lambkin is well versed in the Building Safety Act, having successfully guided projects through the gateway approval process, navigating regulatory requirements to ensure projects are delivered with safety and compliance.
Lambkin joins Caddick following the appointment of Paul Sykes as regional managing director for Caddick 萝莉原创 in the East Midlands in May this year, building on the contractor鈥檚 growing presence in the West Midlands.
