Central Quay includes two interlinked 23-storey towers comprising 718 apartments, as well as a concierge, lobby, gym, gardens, roof gardens and terraces, and nearly 20,000 sq ft of leisure and retail space.
Phase one of the development is now complete and Kimpton鈥檚 拢6.7m heating, ventilation and plumbing installation reflects, the company says, its high-specification and the importance of sustainability within the build.
To minimise water waste and deliver plentiful supply suitable for families, 200-litre internal heat pump cylinders have been installed, while a multi-extract vent system and heat recovery system maximise efficiency and ensure any heat generated is cleaned and recycled.
