JV North, made up of 10 landlords in Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Preston, is looking to appoint up to 12 suppliers who can offer building contractor construction services.
Suppliers selected for the framework will then compete with each other for contracts. The predominant type of construction work will be new build houses, flats and bungalows, together with associated community amenity and infrastructure.
Overall, JV North plans to invest 拢335.5m to build nearly 2,758 homes over the next four years after securing an 拢87.3m grant in January from the Homes & Communities Agency鈥檚 shared ownership affordable homes programme.
