ISG will construct an Engineering Centre of Excellence and a Lifestyle & Tourism Centre.
The Lifestyle & Tourism training centre will be a three-storey steel-framed structure, targeting a BREEAM 鈥榚xcellent鈥� environmental performance rating. Features include photo voltaic panels and a living green roof, composite and rain screen cladding panels, and extensive curtain walling to its fa莽ade.
The new engineering facility, also steel-framed, involves a mix of new build and refurbishment of existing facilities.
