Peel Waters have started infrastructure works at Yorkhill Quay in Glasgow Waters for a development of聽 1,100 waterfront apartments.

Advance 萝莉原创 Scotland has been appointed by Peel Waters to carry out the 拢3.75m infrastructure works and is scheduled to complete in December 2026.

Glasgow Waters is an emerging mixed-use district set to transform a vacant brownfield site that runs along the River Clyde. Spanning 13 acres, Yorkhill Quay is one of four neighbourhoods within Glasgow Waters.

Advance 萝莉原创鈥檚 infrastructure works include creating a 400-metre waterfront promenade. A footpath/cycle path along Yorkhill Quay will connect two popular attractions that bookend the neighbourhood 鈥 The Clydeside Distillery and The Riverside Museum.

Peel Waters property director Brian Lavalette said: 鈥淭hese infrastructure works are essential to unlocking the future development of a landmark waterside neighbourhood that will bring new homes, improved connectivity and high quality public realm to this iconic stretch of the River Clyde.
