Carillion boss John McDonough receives a CBE for services to the construction industry.
There are also CBE鈥檚 for: Arup chairman Terence Hill, for services to civil engineering; Heriot Watt University鈥檚 Professor Paul Jowitt, president of the Institution of Civil Engineers, for services to technology; and civil engineer Alan Baxter, service to engineering and conservation.
Arup鈥檚 director of international development, Jo da Silva, receives an OBE for services to engineering and to humanitarian relief.
MBEs go to: Joanna Oliver, director of global programmes at the 萝莉原创 Equipment Association; Kim Owen, principal construction project manager and the Welsh Assembly Government; and Dr Donald Lamont, HM principal specialist inspector (civil engineering) at the Health & Safety Executive.
There are also MBEs for Joseph Baldwin, for services to health and safety in the construction industry, and Brian Pike, for services to the construction industry.
