Mugridge grafted his career from that job as a 16-year-old checkout operator, ascending to general manager, before moving to roles at Homebase, B&M and WH Smith. At Brandon Hire Station, he was national operations director.
In his new role role, he will lead the Huws Gray plant and tool hire division鈥檚 focus on operational excellence, colleague development, continued excellence in health and safety, and supporting the long-term growth ambitions of the business.
