Davis started his career at Homebase, before roles at Magnet and Benchmarx. The builders merchant has renovated 80% of its showrooms over the last year, and Davis will be responsible for optimising the offering.
The builders' merchants says that the approach has been paying off, with the showrooms outperforming the market, as measured by the BMBI's sector surveys.
