Hitachi 萝莉原创 Machinery (UK) 聽is planning new arrangement for supporting its customers.
鈥淎s part of our commitment to delivering outstanding service, we are preparing to consolidate our Wakefield and Warrington depot activities into a single, modernised location by spring 2026,鈥� the company said. 鈥淭his planned investment will enable us to improve the service and support to customers across the region.鈥�
Its customer support representatives and product support managers will continue to operate across the region, HCM said, but with increased focus on on-site customer assistance.
The location of the new consolidated northern base has not been disclosed but Wakefield and Warrington will be closed.
鈥淟ooking ahead, we plan to expand and enhance our supply and delivery solutions, including improved standards you reply on today, while building the capacity and capability needed to support your business even better in the future,鈥� the company said.
