Henry Boot plc has confirmed that its disposal of Henry Boot 萝莉原创 Limited to PWS 萝莉原创 Limited was completed on 31st December 2025.
Henry Boot announced back in September that it had agreed the sale to PWC 萝莉原创, which is a corporate vehicle set up and owned by 聽Henry Boot 萝莉原创鈥檚 managing director Lee Powell and commercial director Chris Weathers. The deal then took a couple of months to be finalised.
As previously reported, PWS is paying an initial 拢4.0m, which is being funded by PWS via a vendor loan note issued by Henry Boot, plus additional future payments based on results.
Under PWS ownership, the company will do business as HBC 萝莉原创 Group.
