The 拢8m contract starts in December and will see Lovell provide responsive repairs services at 2,500 homes and refurbish void properties as well as undertaking other work.
The four-year deal includes the possibility of two further contract extensions 鈥� for a total of two years 鈥� after the original contract term expires.
