Guinness Partnership signs maintenance agreements

1 hour Housing association The Guinness Partnership has announced long term maintenance and investment agreements worth more than £1bn over the next 15 years.

The contracts will support the delivery of high鈥憅uality, energy efficient homes across the 135-year-old housing association鈥檚 national footprint of more than 70,000 homes. Axis Europe will cover Greater London, the south-east and coast; Fortem Solutions will be working in Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands; Morgan Sindall Property Service will cover the home counties; Novus Property Solutions the south west; and UI Social Infrastructure the north west and Greater Manchester.

As part of these long鈥憈erm agreements, each partner will also invest in social value initiatives, including creating employment opportunities to supporting community projects, to deliver wider benefits for residents.聽
