The work involves the R26m (拢1.5m) refurbishment of an existing building and will provide 11,000m2 of office space located over three floors.
The development will bring Grant Thornton鈥檚 500 Johannesburg-based employees under one roof for the first time., creating new parameters for a modern working environment.
Turner & Townsend will support renovations to the existing building, including an upgrade to the exterior. The consultancy has also been appointed to oversee the roll out of the interiors fit-out.
