The Harrogate House restaurant project on Parliament Street in Harrogate is being developed by Lateral Property Group. Work on site starts this month.
The street is already home to the world-famous Bettys tearoom as well as other restaurants.
Lateral鈥檚 development will provide four new units to consolidate Parliament Street鈥檚 position as a prime restaurant location in the Victorian Spa town.
