The latest appointment will run until the completion of the HPC development in Somerset and will expand the scope of Gleeds鈥� provision from predominantly commercial and contract management services to include a wider range of project management, business support, and programme management functions.
Gleeds has been providing professional services to support the delivery of the HPC project for the past ten years, offering strategic advice to the EDF Energy client team around the management of complex construction programmes within the highly regulated nuclear sector. To date, its focus has been on establishing and overseeing major site civil works contracts through the post-contract phase, including main civil works and the marine works.
