Lane, who joined the multi-utility connections and infrastructure business more than four years ago, will oversee and lead the integration of several key pre-construction functions across the fgoup.聽
The new role brings together project coordination, planning and street works management into a more streamlined structure, creating a single, joined-up pre-construction team designed to enhance communication, efficiency and customer experience during delivery.聽
Based between the group鈥檚 Sheffield and Bury St Edmunds offices, Lane brings extensive experience in street works, local authority liaison and utility infrastructure planning and coordination.聽
Prior to joining Fulcrum Group, she held senior roles within traffic management and local authority environments and currently serves as First Chair of Pillar 4 Technology, Data & Innovation for HAUC (UK) Vision 2030, the UK鈥檚 street works advisory body focused on improving collaboration and standards across the utility and highways 蝉别肠迟辞谤蝉.听
