Nigel Stubbings was one of three members of staff who set up the National Federation of Builders in 1995 and was its operations director from 2001 to 2006. Since 2008 he has been working as a consultant to trade associations.
FMB chief executive Brian Berry said that Mr Stubbings鈥� new role at the FMB聽included developing member services and helping to deliver a new strategic plan.
