Crossrail names five for Paddington station shortlist

18 Jan 11 Crossrail has named the groups shortlisted for the £250m Paddington station main works contract.

They are:

Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall and Vinci joint venture
BAM Nuttall, Ferrovial Agroman and Kier 萝莉原创
Carillion 萝莉原创
Costain Skanska joint venture
Laing O鈥橰ourke and Strabag joint venture

Work is scheduled to start in October 2011 and be completed by early 2017.

Crossrail said that it is still assessing pre-qualification submissions for聽the聽Farringdon station contract. The shortlist for this will be announced in due course.
