The deal is intended to strengthen Eiffage鈥檚 presence on the offshore energy market and in particular the wind sector. The investment also permits the development of Eiffage Metal in its its traditional businesses of offshore energy and construction schemes abroad, in Northern Europe in particular.
The acquired businesses will generate about 鈧�200m (拢168m) of revenues during the whole of this year and have 770 employees located in Belgium, Netherlands and Poland.
