The Oxford-based maintenance contractor will look after Southern Housing properties in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Berkshire and Gloucestershire for an initial five years with a possible five year extension.
The service includes the provision of a reactive repair service, routine works and planned works.
The client鈥檚 estimated contract value of the work is 拢16m but the agreed maximum price is 拢21.6m.
Southern Housing has also offered DW office facilities for the management of the contract at below market rent.
