Construction Framework 25 鈥� CF25 鈥� has been set up to support the Department for Education鈥檚 (DfE) educational infrastructure delivery programmes, including the design and build of educational facilities. These include schools, academies, university technical colleges, sixth-form colleges and further education colleges.
It runs for six years, from January 2026 to January 2032, with possible extensions to January 2034. It is valued at 拢15.4 billion.
It is divided into two value bands 鈥� above 拢12m and between 拢4.4m and 12m 鈥� and 10 regional lots.
