Established in 1840, Northcroft employs more than 150 staff in 10 UK offices providing cost and project management services across the construction industry.
Northcroft will become part of Capita Symonds鈥� management division, which is currently project managing the new Library of Birmingham and the international roll-out of new stores for Mulberry. It has also worked on schemes such as MediaCity UK and Riverside Museum, Glasgow.
Northcroft projects include a range of new build and fit-out projects for a number of clients including the restaurant chain Strada, the University of Surrey and Ulster Hospital.
Capita Symonds and Northcroft have a history of working together on a number of schemes, including a failed joint bid for Crossrail project delivery partner in 2009.
