Sykes, a quantity surveyor by profession, joins Caddick from a three decade career at Bowmer + Kirkland, where he was most recently regional director for the North West.
In his new role, Sykes will work closely with Caddick鈥檚 regional managing director, Ray O鈥橲ullivan, who joined the business when it launched in the region in 2023. Caddick鈥檚 West Midlands business has since established a strong foothold, with a pipeline of 拢1bn and a forward order book of 拢300m.
Sykes will be seeking to grow Caddick 萝莉原创鈥檚 presence in the East Midlands, targeting private sector projects in Caddick鈥檚 key markets. These include industrial and logistics, high-rise residential and commercial offices.
The targeted expansion will also include work within the public sector as Caddick expands its presence on a range of leading frameworks, including its recent appointment to the Department for Education鈥檚 拢15bn 萝莉原创 Framework 2025.
