Developer Whitesmocks Limited has appointed Caddick 萝莉原创 to Caddick build the 232-bed Melbury Court, off Old Dryburn Way in Durham.
The development will comprise purpose-built living spaces designed to meet demand for student accommodation in the city. 聽Completion is expected in summer 2027.

The appointment to Melbury Court comes a year after Caddick launched its Durham office and builds on its work in the county. This also includes a distribution centre for German courier firm DPD at Richardson Barberry鈥檚 Forrest Park development at Newton Aycliffe.
