The 16-level office tower is the final stage in the Brookfield Place precinct development in Perth. It follows Brookfield Multiplex鈥檚 delivery of the 45-level Tower 1 building last year.
Brookfield Place Tower 2 will have largecolumn-free floor plates of approximately 2,100m2, conference facilities and 110 parking spaces. The project also incorporates a sheltered upper-level walkway to provide greater connectivity to rail and bus stations and the city centre.
Construction is expected to complete late in 2015. Brookfield Multiplex has pre-committed to become a tenant the building along with professional services firms Deloitte and Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
