Developers Oxford Properties and Hines have signed up Bovis 萝莉原创 (Europe) under a pre-construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to deliver a 拢200m reconfiguration of 10 Paternoster Square, the home of the London Stock Exchange.

Originally completed by Bovis in 2003 as part of the wider Paternoster Square development, the building will undergo a comprehensive transformation to create best in class workspace and a new public attraction for the City.

A key feature of the project is the reimagining of the London Stock Exchange鈥檚 ceremonial heart. For the first time, the daily market opening and closing ceremonies will be visible to the public via a new glass atrium, allowing visitors to watch moments that traditionally take place behind closed doors.

The works also include the construction of new roof extensions, an events pavilion and a series of terraces and balconies offering panoramic views over St Paul鈥檚 Cathedral.

The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent and NABERS 5* certification and is being delivered according to circular economy principles, with more than 95% of the building鈥檚 existing structural frame and fa莽ade being retained.

Bovis chief executive David Cadiot said: 鈥淗aving successfully completed the original building in 2003, it鈥檚 a real privilege to return and transform it into what will not only become best in class accommodation but also a new tourist destination for the City.鈥

Pre-construction services are scheduled to begin next month, with project completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2028.
