Bids invited for grounds maintenance framework

23 Jan Procurement agency Fusion21 is renewing its national grounds maintenance framework.

Fusion21 is inviting bids from both regional and national suppliers for the fourth iteration of its grounds maintenance framework.

The framework is set to be worth up to £85m over its four-year term. Selected firms will deliver outdoor grounds maintenance services for public sector bodies. From routine upkeep to seasonal tasks, it covers hard and soft landscaping services, including tree work, hedges and shrubs, cleaning and waste management.

Fusion21 operations director Peter Francis said: “The framework is fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and members accessing this offer will benefit from value for money and a fast route to market with flexible call-off options – including the ability to direct award.”
