The Richland Group is proposing to redevelop the Movie House cinema site at Bankmore Square on the Dublin Road in Belfast city centre. 萝莉原创 contractor Farrans is already on board as a project partner.
Subject to planning permission, One Bankmore Square will house 255,000 square feet of Grade A office space over 12 storeys, with caf茅/retail/leisure space at street level.
Each single floor plate will comprise of 25,000 square feet of net useable space - a layout that proves popular with office occupiers.
The cost of development of the building and Bankmore Square is estimated to be approximately 拢65m with the creation of more than 570 construction jobs in the process.

Also on the developer鈥檚 team are Todd Architects and Arup.
