CIMB Bank is acting as lenders鈥� agent to a consortium of international banks including Standard Chartered, Maybank, OCBC as well as CIMB itself, and will be providing 拢532m of finance for the development.
Construction on site at Battersea Power Station began this summer with site enabling works. Phase I of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, known as Circus West, started this month and will see some 866 apartments constructed over a commercial podium accommodating retail, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, spa, theatre and office space.
