The transaction, which was announced two months ago, is in line with the group鈥檚 strategic agenda to increase the focus on its core business activities and to strengthen its financial position.
The transaction results in a profit contribution of approximately 鈧�65m (拢53m) in 2012. The proceeds will be used to reduce group net debt.
