The four shortlisted teams will be invited to submit a detailed proposal for the scheme following their success in the request for qualifications stage. The teams are:
- AGL Constructors (score 93.4 out of 100), made up of Archer Western Contractors, Granite 萝莉原创 and Lane 萝莉原创
- Northern Link Constructors (score 86.6), made up of聽 Fluor Enterprises, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure and Kiewit Infrastructure South
- Dallas to Denton Constructors (score 81.6), made up of Zachry 萝莉原创 Corporation and SNC-Lavalin
- IH 35E Infrastructure (score 78.9), made up of Ferrovial Agroman, Webber and Texas Sterling 萝莉原创.
