The company will now trade as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Armour.
Armour bought the business as a going concern eight days after administrators from insolvency specialists Abbott Fielding were called in.
Abbott Fielding senior partner Ned Ailyan said: 鈥淭he sale has safeguarded 75 jobs and all the contracts of the company, and will ensure continuity of the business.鈥�
Hadley was established in 1997 by the father and son team of Edward Champney Snr and Jnr.
Managing director Ed Champney Jnr said: 鈥淲e are all extremely pleased that a deal has been structured to allow the business to continue trading and retain all of our staff and clients.鈥�
