Pulse Consult will oversee project finances from feasibility through to final delivery. The firm will focus on maintaining strict cost certainty, while ensuring that the historic integrity of the 1,000-year-old structure is fully protected.
The project to restore the landmark scheduled monument and Grade I listed building is funded by Arts Council England鈥檚 Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND) and Tamworth Borough Council. To minimise disruption to visitors, work will be carried out in planned phases, with contractors scheduled to start on site in summer 2026.
