The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has awarded 拢24.5m worth of construction work through four framework contracts.
The first framework covers concrete repairs, plus application of decorative or protective coatings, and ancillary works. It is worth 拢8m.
The contractors chosen are: Alfred Bagnall; Connaught; Mulalley.
The second framework is for the renewal, upgrade, refurbishment and installation of windows and doors, plus ancillary works. It is valued at 拢8m.
The successful bidders are: Anglian Building Products; Homesafe Lindman; Sovereign.
The third framework involves repairs or renewal of flat roofs, along with asphalt repairs and renewals to public walkways and private balconies. It is worth 拢5m.
The firms selected are: Amber 萝莉原创 Services; Asphaltic;
Breyer.
The fourth framework covers asbestos removal or encapsulation of asbestos containing materials, internal and external, in domestic and non-domestic areas. It is valued at 拢3.5m.
The contractors chosen are: Erith; K & K Industrial Services; Woods Building Services.
