Sovereign Housing Group has advertised a construction framework covering south south and south-west England worth up to 拢90m.
The four-year framework, which will start in November 2010, will involve a maximum of 12 contractors.
Sovereign owns and manages more than 41,000 homes, and has a combined development programme target of around 1250-1500 new homes per annum.
Over the next four years, it expects a total of around 800-1200 new homes will be procured through the new framework.
Sovereign鈥檚 development programme is supported by employers鈥� agents, architects and other professional partners. Successful contractors can expect to join this established partnership.
The framework will be divided into lots, with approximately 60 % of the spend in Sovereign鈥檚 West Region; and around 40 % in the East Region.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 6 April.
