Miller is to build 拢120m-worth of new homes north of the border after buying nine former Thomas Mitchell sites from the firm's administrator, KPMG.
Thomas Mitchell went into administration in February 2010, and Miller has secured the management contracts to build out nine of its sites, which have a combined residential development value of 拢120m.
They are located in central Scotland, mainly in Fife, at:聽Markinch,聽Cumbernauld,聽Bathgate,聽Crossgates,聽Glenrothes,聽Rosyth,聽 Dunfermline,聽Penicuik, and East Kilbride.
The sites will be integrated into the Miller Homes business and developed over a four year period.

Joint administrator Blair Nimmo said: 鈥淲e are delighted to have concluded this contract with The Miller Group which will facilitate the build-out of the nine sites which have been mothballed since our appointment.鈥
