Liverpool City Council has advertised its Wave 6 BSF programme, which could be worth up to 拢560m over the full 15 years of the contract.
The contract will include engineering services, construction services, technical services and building services.
The first five years of the contract are likely to be worth around 拢360m, with the potential for a further 拢100m in associated works. There is also the potential for a further 拢100m of leisure, libraries, community and co-located PCT facilities.
The work is likely to be a mixture of new build and refurbishment and will be delivered through Private Finance Initiative and/or design-and-build.
Liverpool envisages appointing up to three contractors to the programme.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 6 April.
