Four construction firms have been appointed to a major housing refurbishment contract by Eastlands Homes Partnership.
The Casey Group, Henry Boot 萝莉原创, Bullock 萝莉原创, and Connaught were picked by the housing association for the four-year framework in east Manchester, near Manchester City Football Club.
The four will tackle internal refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, and carry out rewiring work on approximately 4,000 low rise dwellings.
The tender stage attracted a huge range in bid prices, the lowest being 拢22.5m and the highest 拢48m.
Some 25 companies priced the work.
