BAM Properties, the development arm of the BAM construction group, is to start work on a new speculative office scheme at Chiswick Green, west London.
The 81,000 sq ft development will be built to BREEAM 鈥楨xcellent鈥� standards, and the construction cost is expected to be 拢45m.
Bam bought the site in 2007 for 拢16m from Miller Developments before the property crash.
Planning consent was secured in 2008, and a completion date has been scheduled for February 2012.
